There are several different collections of salty bet music on Youtube, but there is a limit of 200 songs that will play/shuffle on a playlist, no matter how large it is. I found the most complete (imo) playlist at 1000+ songs and put it through this youtube playlist randomizer tool, which queues them all up with no maximum.

I think the best you'll get is SB's own Compendium, and searching for that character by that author. SB has a lot of really old stuff however and you know how it is with MUGEN, author's sites go down, stuff gets updated.
